Nahal HaPirim Dry Red Wine 2005

Nahal HaPirim is named for the long vertical wells connected to an ancient aqueduct built by King Herod 2000 years ago. Today, at this very place, the vineyards of the Gush Etzion Winery are located. This wine is produced from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. The wine is complex, elegant, with a rich cherry flavor.
